Occupational License

 To all Citizens of the City of Drakesboro,  a reminder that if you have any contractor working for you that contractor MUST have a current occupational license with the City of Drakesboro.  This ordinance, 2019-1 was passed by the council on July 3, 2019 and revisited in 2021 with no revisions by the council.  If any contractor is found to be working without an occupational license they will be served a cease and desist order promptly. Occupational licenses can be obtained at Drakesboro City Hall Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4:00pm.  Please call with any questions at 270-476-8986.

Low water pressure alert August 22, 2022

 UPDATE: 08/23/2022

The Muhlenberg County Water District has fixed the water leak on Jacksontown Rd last night.  There will be NO water boil advisory for the City of Drakesboro.

The citizen of Drakesboro, you may experience low water pressure tonight.  Muhlenberg County Water has a water leak on Jackstontown Rd.  There is NO boil water advisory at this time.
